Leveled Reading is a system that is used to track children’s reading progression and help find books that correspond with that level.
Level N books are using complex plots and a variety of character descriptions and developments. Words are usually two or three syllables and may contain prefixes and suffixes. At this reading level, word solving is automatic and it is easier to understand descriptive and content specific words.
