Leveled Reading is a system that is used to track children’s reading progression and help find books that correspond with that level.
Level Q books begin to include abstract and challenging themes. They may introduce context specific vocabulary words that are difficult to decode and use extended figurative language. Readers are able to process more complex themes and longer descriptive/technical words.
